In case you do not hear back, make sure to follow these steps to help take your pet with you:

Book your ticket and add your pet as excess baggage (if you are flying Qatar Airways)

Set an appointment with your vet to ensure that your pet is healthy enough to travel. Make sure that the Rabies vaccines are up to date and at least 30 days has passed since the last booster before traveling.

Obtain a health certificate and exit permit from the Ministry of Environment?

Make sure your pet is microchipped.
